The shiny new 2022 Nissan Frontier has a bold design, a powerful new V6 engine, and is just the right size for everyday life and weekend fun. The PRO-4X model comes fully outfitted for adventures both on- and off-road and has rugged good looks.

We headed to Moab, Utah, to test out the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The 2022 model is longer, more spacious, and has a redesigned exterior and interior with a more upscale and premium look. Improvements to the suspension, chassis, and visibility make it even better off-road while still comfortable for everyday drives.

Sitting atop of the Lexus IS line-up, the IS 500 F SPORT Performance is a rear-wheel-drive sports sedan with a 5.0L V8 engine that makes 472 hp. We spent some time getting to know this powerful and refined luxury car, which looks especially awesome slathered in a rich Infrared paint.

We headed to Monticello Motor Club in rural New York to drive the new Toyota GR86. The 2+2 sports coupe shares its powertrain and chassis with the Subaru BRZ, with unique Toyota styling and tuning. The latest version has a larger 2.4-liter Boxer engine that produces 228 hp and offers a much-improved torque curve.

After driving Jeep’s plug-in-hybrid Wrangler 4xe, we spent a week with a high-torque Wrangler of a very different flavor. The 392 model packs a 6.4L HEMI V8 that makes 470 hp and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds. The Rubicon Unlimited trim means it’s fully kitted out for off-roading. It’s got an awesome exhaust note too.

Nissan is just about to release an new 7th-generation Z, so we figured we’d take its predecessor, the 370Z, for one final ride. Tricked out in the Nismo trim, this 350hp, V6-powered 2-seater is still a blast to drive, loaded with performance upgrades, and as attention-grabbing as ever with its sweet red accents.
