Sparkling Tequila Sunrise
2 oz E. Cuarenta Reposado tequila
3 oz orange juice
¼ oz Grenadine
Prosecco
METHOD: Add tequila and OJ orange into a shaker, add ice, and shake. Pour into a champagne flute and slowly add grenadine. Top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.
Repo Derby
1 ½ oz E. Cuarenta Reposado tequila
1 oz grapefruit juice
¾ oz honey syrup
METHOD: Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
