Eagle’s third bespoke Jaguar E-Type is a drop top version of the Low Drag GT, with a raked windscreen and a folding fabric roof. Like its siblings, it has an aluminum body, a 5-speed gearbox and Eagle’s 345hp straight-six engine. It’s limited to six units, each costing $1M.

Superformance will make 20 licensed replicas of the Shelby GT40 Mk.II that dominated the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans. These chassis will be so accurate that over 90% of their parts will fit in the originals. Available in black/silver, red/white and blue/white.

Toyota and Yamaha’s revolutionary collaboration let the rest of the world know that Japan could make great sports cars too. This particular unit is in original condition save for its aftermarket AC unit. It will be auctioned off on 1/28/16 by RM Sotheby’s.

The baby Huracán is rear-wheel drive and “only” has 580hp and 400lb.ft. of torque, but it’s also much lighter and more affordable. It’s by no means a lesser supercar – early reviews say it’s more fun to drive than the understeering LP 610-4.

It’s not the mythical F5, but Hennessey’s super saiyan Lotus still boggles the mind. The 2016 Venom GT’s 7-liter twin-turbo V8 can unleash up to 1,451 hp and propels the 2743 lb. rocket from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.4s, with an estimated top speed of 280 mph. And yes, it’s a manual.

The beast to the Cayman GT4’s beauty. The Evora 400 has a new 3.5L V6 engine that makes up to 400 hp and 302 lb-ft. of torque. At just 3075 lb., it’s 55 hp more powerful and 48 lb. lighter than the Evora S. It goes from 0 to 60 in 4.1s and has a 186 mph top speed.

XCAR got to drive the bad guys’ rides from the new James Bond movie Spectre. There’s the hulking custom Land Rover Defender, the fast and powerful Range Rover Sport SVR and the inexplicably unproduced hybrid supercar, the Jaguar C-X75.

A grand tourer variant of the Ferrari 250, the Europa used a different V12 than the one used in most other 250s. Only 22 Europa units were built, and of those only four had a body built by Vignale. If James Bond had a two-car garage, this would have occupied the 2nd space.

One of the four fabled custom cars by legendary Ferrari superfan and car designer Tom Meade. Restored by Red Car Restorations, the Thomassima II is based on a ’57 Cooper Climax F1 chassis and has a Ferrari 250 V12 engine.

A specimen of Zagato’s masterpiece, a lightweight and sublimely sculpted body over a classic sports car. This particular car – 14th of only 19 units built – won races in its heyday and auto shows after being restored. RM Sotheby’s will auction it off on 12/10/15.

A tamer and more affordable variant of the Ariel Atom-based street-legal track car. The Beast Speedster sees the car’s 2.4L supercharged engine toned down from 500hp to 300hp. The car also gains a bit of leather padding on the interior. Starts at $139K.

The droptop Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce has the same 740 hp 6.5L V12 and 4WD 7-speed transmission that’s in the sold out coupe. It has a two-piece 13lb carbon fiber hardtop and an adjustable rear window. More here.

LEGO Ideas member Alex Paschoaletto’s proposal for an official LEGO set based on the new Ford GT. It’s around 1:17 scale and is made of about 950 pieces. Alex got the car’s engine wrong, but Ford still approved of his work.

The new Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupé has a mean mug thanks to its ridged hood, flared wheel arches, wide body and large wheels. The 4L V8 biturbo engine produces up to 476hp in the C63 and up to 510hp in the C63 S.

A tweaked version of the Exige V6 Cup, the 360 Cup has a supercharged 3.5L V6 that produces up to 355hp, 10 more than the V6 Cup, thanks to improved induction and exhaust. At just ~2491lb. this car should be a rocket on the track.

LEGO Ideas member Firas Abu-Jaber built this prototype for his official Veneno Roadster kit proposal. Sure it’ll look better with custom parts, but the fact that he pulled this off with stock pieces is amazing.

McLaren took the 675LT into its natural habitat and recorded it in 4K as it stretched its large rear wing. Turn the volume up and listen to its high-pitched growl and gear change indicator tell you about its F1 roots.

This 1986 Ferrari Testarossa is one of two cars used in the third, fourth and fifth season of Miami Vice as hero Sonny Crockett’s ride. It used to be on eBay for $1.75M, but it’s now set to be auctioned off at Mecum Monterey on 8/15.

Scaglietti’s take on the already divine 250 GT California Spider might just be the classiest Ferrari ever made. It has 226hp V12, a four-speed manual gearbox, a longer wheelbase taken from the Berlinetta and an optional hard top.

The track-only Aston Martin Vulcan supercar made its public debut at the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed. Watch the flame-spewing monster prance on Goodwood’s track for the audience. Chris Harris has more here.

The Lotus 3-Eleven is a street-legal track car with a 450hp supercharged 3.5L V6, a lightweight resin composite body, aluminum chassis and 6-speed manual gearbox. It goes from 0 to 60mph in under 3 sec. and has a 180mph top speed.
