Teremana’s Ginger Spiced Paloma sounds a bit like a Spice Girls tribute band, and it probably is. But it’s also a tasty cocktail with Teremana Blanco and ginger beer spiking the citrusy flavors that characterize the world’s most popular tequila drink: the Paloma. (Nope, not the calorie-heavy Margarita, but points for playing along.)
Ginger Spiced Paloma
2 oz. Teremana Blanco
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Ginger Beer
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
Lime Wheel and Crystallized Ginger for Garnish
METHOD: Juice the lime and set aside. Measure and add Teremana Blanco, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and ginger syrup to a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a tall glass and top with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel and crystallized ginger.
