The Nissan Z is back and it’s simply fantastic. We spent a week living with the 2023 Z, and it’s everything we hoped for. The new Z deftly balances nostalgia and modernity with its thoughtful design, performance, and technology. A powerful drivetrain and spirited handling make this the best Z car in years.

The 2023 Sequoia has a muscular new look, drawing directly from its pickup truck brother, the Toyota Tundra. It has a powerful new hybrid drivetrain, excellent towing capacity, and offers a smooth and comfortable ride. This special matte grey edition of the Toyota GR Corolla has seen its torque increased to 295 lb-ft., a close gear-ratio manual gearbox, shorter differential gears, 18″ forged wheels, brake vents, mono-tube shock absorbers, a stiffened chassis, a forged carbon fiber roof, and weighs about 100 lb. less than the Circuit Edition.

Lexus’ popular RX crossover gets a sleek new look. The spindle grille now morphs into the body and is flanked by integrated headlamps. It rides on a new platform with a lower center of gravity and is up to 198 pounds lighter. Powertrain options include a 2.4L turbo-4, a hybrid, a turbo-hybrid, and a future plug-in hybrid model.

Land Rover’s most capable SUV gets a three-row, 2+3+3 seat configuration. At 13.38″ longer than a Defender 110, it can hold up to 80.9 cubic feet of cargo with the seats down. It has standard electronic air suspension for everyday comfort and off-road prowess, plus a panoramic sunroof with a second sunroof above the third row.

The imposing, 3-row 2023 Hyundai Palisade means business when it comes to family transportation. The company’s flagship SUV has received a dignified sprucing up, inside and out, most notably with vertically connected LED headlights, a revamped instrument panel, multi-spoke alloy wheels, and heated third-row seats.

This limited-edition Defender pays tribute to the 1993 Defender 110 First Edition. The loaded Defender 110 P300 S is painted in Fuji White with 18″ gloss white steel wheels, an Expedition roof rack, classic mud flaps, a deployable ladder, and more. Inside, you’ll find ebony leather seats and a white powdercoat cross-car beam.

The Ranger Raptor is coming to the US and Europe, rocking a twin-turbo V6 making 392 hp and 430 lb-ft. torque stateside or 284 hp and 362 lb-ft. in Europe. Both are mated with a 10-speed automatic. It has FOX 2.5-inch internal bypass shocks, an active exhaust system, and is ready to conquer all terrain with power and confidence.

Sharing the same platform as the 2022 Tundra and Lexus LX 600, Toyota’s great-looking, redesigned Sequoia SUV has three rows of seating and comes standard with a powerful i-FORCE MAX hybrid drivetrain that makes 437 hp and 583 lb-ft. of torque. It will come in SR5, Limited, Platinum, TRD Pro, and a luxurious new Capstone trim.

The 2023 Corvette Stingray and Z06 will offer a 70th Anniversary Edition package with distinctive wheels, logos, and badging in two unique colors: White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat and Carbon Flash Metallic. (Holy Batmobile!) VIN 001 of the special Z06 goes to auction at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 1.29.22 benefitting Operation Homefront.

The production version of Toyota’s battery-electric crossover is coming to the U.S. It offers a front-wheel or all-wheel drivetrain and up to 250 miles driving range per charge. Known for their reliability, Toyota is touting a long-lasting battery pack that’s expected to deliver 90% of capacity after ten years of use.

The new Nissan Z features a streamlined design that takes inspiration from the 280Z and 300Z, but still looks modern. Its notable upgrades are a 3.0L twin-turbo engine that makes 400hp and 350 lb-ft. of torque, an available 9-speed automatic, a new cockpit with a digital dashboard, and available two-tone leather trim.
