The quick but silent 2+2 has a convertible hardtop, a stiff unibody aluminum construction, and a luxurious interior made from sustainable and recyclable mono-materials. It also comes with a chase drone that can record your driving adventures.

A normal turbo-jet engine runs entirely on ignited fuel. Integza built something a little different – a jet engine that uses an electric motor to spin its compressor. He made its main chambers out of empty butane cans, while its fuel source is a mix of butane and propane. Along the way, he built a low-budget spot welder.

The fully-electric eStream Concept Travel Trailer boasts lots of features we’d like to see reach production someday: a solar panel roof and a high-voltage chassis featuring a battery-powered electric drivetrain for improved driving range. A remote control feature lets you move the trailer’s position after it’s unhitched.

Doehmers Research Lab created this concept electric moped with an awesome retro-futuristic look. Its racer shape is optimized for aerodynamics and a whisper-quiet ride. Designer Torkel Dohmers says he took inspiration from the Honda SS50, melded with synthesizer aesthetics. We would love to see this go into production.

There’s little question that EVs reduce carbon emissions, but they’re not as convenient to fill up as gas-powered vehicles. Tom Scott headed to Germany to check out an power solution that sends electricity to trucks via overhead wires like a tram. A hybrid powertrain takes over when changing lanes or exiting highways.

Japanese company ICOMA has created an electric moped that folds down into a package that can be carried and stored under a desk or in a closet. It measures just 27.5″ x 26.7″ x 10″ when folded, but opens up to roughly double that size for riding. Its Li-Po battery provides up to 31 miles of range, with a top speed of 25 mph.

Serial 1 pays homage to Harley-Davidson’s first production motorbike, the Model 1. Limited to 650 units, the Mosh/Tribute features classic styling, white Schwalbe tires, a Brooks leather saddle, and matching handlebars. It’s powered by a Brose S MAG motor that makes 66 lb-ft. of torque, paired with a 529Wh li-ion battery.

Scooterson’s electric scooter is designed to be easy to ride and secure. It starts with a push, automatically adjusts gearing, and is self-balancing. Wide pneumatic tires are ideal for city streets, and it uses your smartphone for keyless locking and unlocking. It has a 30-mile range, a 20 mph top speed, and its battery is swappable.

This rugged electric longboard is ready for any terrain. The 40″ long bamboo and maple board has dual 1500-watt motors and 8″ pneumatic all-terrain tires. Its top speed is 30 mph, its max. range is 25 miles, and it can climb hills up to a 35% gradient. It also comes in an Extreme model with aluminum guards and off-road lights.

United Airlines might need to update its slogan to “It’s time to fly electric” and get some extra-long Lightning cables. They’re buying 100 electric planes being developed by Sweden’s Heart Aerospace. The 19-seaters could take off by 2026. They’re also buying 200 Archer electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft for air taxi service.

The DeLorean DMC-12 is best known as the time-traveling car in the Back to the Future movies. While the real DeLorean could eventually hit 88mph, it didn’t exactly do it quickly with its 130 hp V6. Electric Future checks out a modded DMC-12 that can zoom from 0-to-60 in about 5 seconds thanks to parts from a Nissan Leaf.

Evolve’s pricey all-terrain electric skateboard features a “chassis” skateboard deck made from forged carbon fiber – the same stuff in jets and supercars. Bluetooth tech remotely controls speed (31 mph max), board diagnostics, and lights for indicators and brakes. Travels up to 43 miles on a single charge.

Franzoli Electronics fires up their tesla coils once more with a high-voltage performance of Coolio and L.V.’s Gangsta’s Paradise. The track sounds awesome as it buzzes through the man-made lightning, reminding us not to mess with West Coast rappers unless you’re in a Faraday cage.

Urban mobility blasts into the future with BMW Motorrad USA’s sleek CE 04 electric scooter. Debuting in Q1 2022 for MSRP of $11,795, it features an emissions-free electric drive and clever connectivity solutions. And it’s got oomph with a 42 hp motor, and a max speed of 75 mph for street and highway driving.

If you’ve ever installed an outlet, you might know about the built-in gauge for measuring your exposed wire length. But even experienced electricians might not know about this nifty trick. Leah of See Jane Drill shows off a hidden function that can really come in handy if you forgot to bring a critical tool with you.

Ford’s first electric pickup truck has a dual-motor, four-wheel drivetrain that makes either 426 hp or 563 hp and 775 lb-ft. of torque, with a range of 230 or 300 miles. It has a large front storage space in place of the engine and can be equipped with a 2.4kW or 9.6kW Pro Power system for powering AC tools, lights, and more.

Kia follows up on the reveal of its EV6 electric crossover with some impressive specs. Depending on drivetrain, it will offer a 300-mile range and can charge to 80% in less than 18 minutes on a 800v DC fast charger. While its base RWD model has just 167 hp, the tricked out EV6 GT AWD has 576 horses and goes 0-to-60 in under 3.5 sec.

Jeep’s most capable off-road SUV now comes in a plug-in hybrid. We spent a day driving the Wrangler 4xe on and off-roads around Austin, Texas, putting its powerful drivetrain to the test. Not only does the 4xe have 375hp and 470 lb-ft. of torque, it can drive up to 21 miles on pure electric power and does 0-to-60 in 6 seconds.

This pen-sized tool puts an electric drill in the palm of your hand. Designed for crafting and other small DIY projects, the Wowstick easily makes holes in resin, plastic, wood, clay, beads, aluminum and copper sheets, and more. It comes with eight drill bits and runs for up to two hours on a charge via its USB-C port.

The XION electric bike has a cyberpunk style and attitude. It rides on fat tires, has a full suspension, and an elongated 2-person seat. Its frame and seat colors can be customized, as well as an optional laser-cut center panel with LED lighting. Its mid-drive motor can achieve speeds up to 50 mph in Race mode.

California EV company Alpha Motor Corporation is showing off the latest of its sweet retro-modern series of electric vehicles. The Wolf is a compact 2-seater pickup that offers up to 275 miles of driving range, 3000 lb towing capacity, and a storage both in its bed and under its hood. Available in FWD or AWD configurations.

After showing off their electric pickup truck, GMC has revealed its brother, an SUV with a 9″ shorter wheelbase and tighter maneuverability. Like the truck, it offers up to 830 hp and 11,500 lb-ft. of torque, its independent motors let it crabwalk out of tight spaces, and its air suspension can extract it from tall obstacles.
