This rugged electric skateboard is built for all-terrain riding. It features 4-wheel independent suspension and an impressive 6.1″ ground clearance to take you over the roughest surfaces. It comes in 2WD or 4WD configs, with 2000W or 4000W of power, respectively. Top speed for both boards is 27 mph.

Cleveland Cyclewerks‘ electric motorcycle offers versatility through its configurability. Riders can choose between five drive modes from max range Eco to a high torque boost mode. It’s powered by a 17.5 hp, 300-amp motor, with a hot-swappable battery pack, and can drive up to 180 miles in Eco mode. Top speed is around 85 mph.

This extravagant electric motorcycle features a dramatic body made with real wood, wrapped around an exoskeleton chassis. At its core is a battery pack capable of 186 miles of range, and a high-torque motor that can achieve a top speed of 136 mph. The company is taking €2,000 pre-order deposits the €60,000 bike.

Tesla finally has some serious competition for the Model S Performance. In this episode of Jay Leno’s Garage, the star takes Porsche’s incredibly impressive electric sports car for a ride, chats with Porsche product expert Calvin Kim, and gets a small taste of what the 750 horsepower electric drivetrain in the Taycan Turbo S can do.

Kris Temmerman wanted to learn how to TIG weld. He ended up doing way more than that. Watch him create a small motorized six-wheeled vehicle that resembles the Mars rover (with a seat). It has an aluminum body, six-wheel drive, and four-wheel steering.

Its mid-section storage area provides a balanced ride, and its front independent suspension leans into turns. It can carry up to 60 kg (~132 lb) of cargo, and has a range up to 150km (~93 mi) in its Eco mode.

Designed for use by snow resorts, this unique electric vehicle from Austria is basically the winter equivalent of a go kart. With its lower operating speeds and low center of gravity, it’s more beginner-friendly than a snowmobile, and looks like a fun way to spend some time when you’re not hitting the slopes.

Restoration garage Zero Labs kicks off its production with a fully-electric SUV that uses an original Ford Bronco chassis. It has a 70kWh battery that lasts up to 190mi per charge and a motor that produces 369hp. Limited to 150 units.

Engineer Kim Pimmel decided that his cat MIDI needed a new mode of transportation, so he built him an electric skateboard. What makes this board unique is the throttle control that holds a treat, incenting kitty to bat at it and make the board move.

Tempus relaunches its cafe racer-inspired electric bicycle as the Titan. It features a beautiful tank with your choice of color, a removable battery, up to 28mph top speed, up to 40mi range, dual crown suspension, and front and rear disc brakes. Available in 500W and 1000W motor models.

Audi’s pure electric crossover is expected to produce up to 350hp, with a range somewhere around 277 miles per charge. Like the recently-revealed Mustang Mach-E, it has an aerodynamic side profile with fastback looks, and is packed with the latest tech. The AWD e-tron Sportback 55 quattro can do 0-to-62 mph in 5.7 seconds.

Ford aims its new EV head-on at Tesla with a Mustang-inspired crossover packing the latest tech. Available with RWD or AWD, and a drive range up to 300 miles, typical AWD models will make up to 332 hp and 417 lb-ft. of torque, while the performance GT model is targeting 459 hp and 612 lb-ft. of torque. A $500 deposit reserves a vehicle now.

The hurdy gurdy is already an unusual instrument, with its keyboard, strings, and cranked bow-wheel that rotates across them from underneath. But for the track Break Your Crank on his album Visions, musician Guilhem Desq took his hurdy gurdy to the next level, adding electronic distortion, and giving it a rock edge.

Ford and Webasto turned up at the 2019 SEMA Show with a car that teases the automaker’s electric future. It looks much like any well-equipped pony car, the Mustang Lithium an 800-volt battery pack and a motor that generates 900+ hp and 1000+ lb-ft. of torque. In an unexpected twist, it has a 6-speed manual gearbox.

Volvo takes its already fun and stylish XC40 compact crossover, and makes it even more appealing, offering up a fully-electric model with an AWD powertrain, making 408hp, and zooming from 0-to-62 in 4.9 sec. It’s expected to have a range of about 248 mi, and can charge to 80% in 40 minutes on a fast-charger.

Toyota went back to the drawing board with its hydrogen-electric sedan, turning a frog into a prince in the process. The stylish new car will move from FWD to RWD, riding on the same platform as the Lexus LS, enhancing its overall performance, and targeting 30% more range. Now if only the hydrogen infrastructure would catch up.

Kosynier makes electric bikes that look like vintage boardtrack motorcycles. Nearly everything about the bike is custom, including the frame, the “tank” that holds the batteries, and the front suspension. It goes up to 31 mph and can be equipped with a 5000W motor.

We love when a concept car pushes the boundaries, and the Audi AI:TRAIL quattro does just that. It’s an electric, all-wheel drive off-roader with seating for four, helicopter-like visibility, oversize tires, and a suspension that’s ready for rugged trails. Plus, its battery pack is designed to provide exceptional range for off-grid adventuring.

Porsche has been teasing its pure-electric, all-wheel drive sports sedan for a while. The production car – and its impressive specs and tech have been revealed. The first two models are the Taycan Turbo and Turbo S, with 670hp and 750hp, and 0-to-60 times of 3.0 and 2.6 secs, respectively. Inside the cars, you’ll find screens, lots of screens.

Combining mountain and cruiser bike looks in one, Vintage Electric’s Rally packs a 750-watt drivetrain that can help speed you along up to 28 mph, with a range of 20 to 60 miles, depending on conditions and degree of assist. Thanks to its wide and knobby Schwalbe tires, it’s comfortable on a wide variety of terrain.

Builder Colin Furze previously made a pulsejet-powered drift trike. While it was fast, it wasn’t exactly environmentally-friendly. So he decided to build himself a fully-electric version, with an insane 20,000 watt power source. We’re glad he finally put a helmet on when he hit the road circuit. Build video here.

A new variant of the MINI Cooper that runs purely on electric power. Its front-wheel motor cranks out 181 hp, and its battery offers a range of roughly 124 miles. Like other MINIs, expect go kart-like handling, possibly even more so thanks to the battery pack’s low center of gravity. We rather dig the funky new wheel design too.
