Puncher’s Chance Bourbon

Puncher’s Chance Bourbon is a knockout, a one-two punch of 5- and 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons made from a mash of 75% Corn, 13% rye, and 12% barley. The 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition gold medal winner won a 95-point review from The Tasting Panel. We give it two boxing-gloved thumbs up.

Puncher’s Chance Bourbon

The bourbon’s notes of chocolate and baking spices nicely complement the apple and basil in this cocktail recipe.

Crisp Basil Collins
2 oz. Puncher’s Chance Bourbon
0.75 oz. lemon juice
0.5 oz. apple purée
0.5 oz. honey syrup
2-3 fresh basil leaves
Soda water to top

METHOD: Add the first five ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a basil leaf and green apple slice.
