Aged for a minimum of two years, 100-proof Total Eclipse Bourbon was distilled in small batches in a hybrid pot still by Master Distiller AJ Jones, who has a storied family legacy of still building, bootlegging, and American Whiskey production.
Award-winning Total Eclipse Moonshine (also 100 proof) was inspired by a Prohibition-era family recipe distilled from equal parts corn and cane. It offers a velvety sipping experience with sweet corn and vegetal sweetness - heavenly rocket fuel for the signature “Moonarita” cocktail, a spin on a classic Margarita.

1.5 cups Casey Jones Casey’s Cut Moonshine
1 cup Casey Jones Apple Cut (or Peach Cut) Moonshine
METHOD: Add all ingredients to a jug. Shake to blend. Serve over ice in a glass with a salt rim and lime garnish. Makes seven eight-ounce servings.
