Buchanan’s Pineapple is a fresh way to adapt cocktails that commonly call for straight whisky or rum, especially the piña colada or this light and bright Piña Fizz recipe.
Piña Fizz
1.5 oz. Buchanan’s Pineapple
4 oz. mineral water or seltzer
Tajín rim
Lime or pineapple wedge garnish
Method: Rim a highball glass with Tajín. Pour Buchanan’s Pineapple into highball glass over ice. Top with mineral water. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.
