Created by the Maison Brillet House in France’s Anjou region, Belle de Brillet is a pear and cognac liqueur that combines the intense fruitiness of Williams pear eaux-de-vie with the delicate complexity of Cognac eaux-de-vie to create an exceptional gold-medal winner at a low ABV. 100% natural ingredients.
Belle de Briquet is best enjoyed on its own for slow sipping or in a refreshing long drink like a Collins or Sour. Its pear fruitiness also pairs remarkably well with the sweet bitterness of IPA beer.

1.5 oz. Belle de Briquet
6.5 oz. IPA beer
2 Fresh lime wedges
METHOD: Pour the liquid ingredients into a large highball glass filled with ice cubes. Gently stir. Garnish with lime zest of a lime wedge.
