2 fresh lime wedges, squeezed
8 fresh blackberries
5 large mint leaves
2 oz. of Frey Ranch Bourbon or Straight Rye Whiskey
½ oz. simple syrup
1 oz. club soda (Fever Tree https://fever-tree.com/en_US/products/club-soda is our fave)
Method: Muddle lime, blackberries, and mint together in a glass. Stir in Frey Ranch Bourbon + simple syrup. Top with club soda and add crushed ice. Garnish with additional mint leaves and whole blackberries.
