Partir (“leaving”) is a tale of two inseparable characters told through hand-drawn stop-motion animation. The quote at the end reads,“Just now, I heard the heartbeat of a tiny raindrop.”

Disney/Pixar’s new Toy Story short features everyone’s favorite Wally Shawn-voiced T.Rex at the center of the story – and this usually square dinosaur uses his tiny arms to get the party jumpin’.

We’re not certain if the CGI from this retelling of the classic man and ape story lands it firmly in the uncanny valley or if it looks like a video game. Still, we’re happier with animation than live-action.

The Boy Who Wanted to Be a Lion is a wonderfully animated short film by Alois Di Leo. Set in the 1960s, the film is about a deaf boy who becomes obsessed with a lion after seeing it in a zoo.

We were hoping for more classic arcade game references in the international trailer for Disney’s first movie about living inside a video game – that doesn’t have TRON in the title. Out 11/2 in the U.S.

(NSFW: Language) The Dark Knight descends upon a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and calls for an end to the popular Hasbro cartoon. Contain your rage and wait for the ending credits.

The music video for The Beards’ Got Me a Beard. Frankly, the song itself isn’t reason enough to watch the clip, but the art and story of the animated short will make it worth your while.

This computer animated short by Dan Sumich is a hilarious, action-packed and literal take on the butterfly effect. The pace, graphics and the layout of the city reminds us of Crazy Taxi.
