1.5 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Soda Water, to top
Cucumber Ribbon, to line glass
Lemon Slice, for garnish
METHOD: Start by lining a collins glass with a cucumber ribbon and fill with ice. Set aside. Shake gin, syrup, and lemon juice over ice and strain into prepared cocktail glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon slice.
