Washington state’s Bad Dog Distillery crafts this bright and flavorful 90-proof bourbon whiskey, which offers up a light and spicy body, toasty oak notes, and a fragrant aroma reminiscent of a good añejo tequila. Good for sipping or cocktails. Available from BigFish.
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 4 blackerries
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz club soda
- Ice
- Muddle blackberries in cocktail shaker
- Combine other ingredients in shaker, add ice and shake until combined
- Strain into ice filled glass
- Top with club soda and garnish with blackberries
