The Evolution of Star Trek Transporters

The first time Star Trek used a transporter to send crew members to another location was in 1966. Over the last 50+ years, the look of the equipment and its beaming action have changed significantly. After comparing the different warp speed jumps from the Trek universe, editor John DiMarco did the same for transporters.
