Originally released in 1999, the Air Flightposite will soon be return in its classic zipped up form with a new carbon fiber finish. Better check your local shoe store, because you won’t be able to cop a pair online outside of eBay.

Released alongside the Lunar 90, the Jacquard is another functional update to the Air Max 90 sneaker. Its light and flexible upper is made from a single piece of woven fabric. It also has an outsole similar to that on Nike Free shoes.

Nike’s newest tennis shoes seems to have been inspired by KD’s signature sneakers. The Lunar Ballistec is very light, has adjustable Flywire for a personalized fit and a full-length Lunarlon midsole for comfort and support.

Nike updates its bestselling classic sneaker Air Max 90 with its latest innovations, including the lightweight and springy Lunarlon midsole, breathable no-sew upper and compression molded collar, lining and tongue.

A limited-edition bundle from Nike and Hasbro, the Megatron Rises 3-pack pays homage to Detroit Lions WR Calvin “Megatron” Johnson. It has three shoes and a Megatron action figure. The shoes will also be sold separately.

The Air Jordan 1 Mid’s latest black and red colorway mimics the infamous banned edition of the Air Jordan 1. It has a leather and Nubuck upper and a rubber cupsole with an Air-Sole unit at the heel.

Nike combines two of its latest technologies to make an extremely flexible shoe. The Free Flyknit’s upper is stretchable at the ankle but firm at the heel and forefoot, while its midsole encourages a natural running motion.

Nike hypes up Kevin Durant’s signature shoes by putting him on a summer league draft. Will Durantula’s skills be enough to get him the #1 pick? Or will the mighty Anton Barrels pull a Greg Oden on him?

For his latest signature shoe, Kevin Durant opted for a low-cut form that bolsters quickness and lateral movement, providing traction and impact protection. We’re not sure if Sonics fans would love this colorway though. Video here.

Rainbow-colored running shoes with a glove-like fit. But these shoes won’t just improve your lap times.  They’re part of Nike’s #BeTrue collection, the profits of which will be used to fund the LGBT Sports Coalition.

Nike takes a cue from Kobe’s love for both basketball and soccer with this hybrid design. The Kobe 8 Mambacurial takes design cues and the trademark colorway of the Mercurial Vapor IX and applies them to the Kobe 8 System.

Tiger Woods’ newest signature golf shoes incorporate Nike Free technology, meaning they mimic a barefoot feeling and have a very breathable upper. Coming in 06/13 with NikeiD customization options.

This release of the classic basketball shoes has a multi-color swoosh, yellow highlights on the heel and tongue, suede reinforcements and retro yellowed rubber sole. You can also spot them on 290sqm and on eBay.

A very special Quickstrike release, these beautiful semi-formal sneakers are based on the first ever Nike shoes. They have a leather upper and tongue, waxed laces and the classic welt sole. Also in brown. Video by Lacebag.

Blue Ocean Network looks at the shoe counterfeiting industry in Putian. Apparently some of the shoes are so well made that they can fool quality assurance inspectors, prompting people to label them “legitimate knockoffs.”
