Sculptor and makeup artist Akihito Ikeda is the man behind this incredible Elite Creature collectible – a half-scale (26″ tall) replica of his terrifyingly-awesome flaming skull he created back in 2015. Limited to 500 pieces, pre-orders start at Monsterpalooza 2017, 4/7-4/9/17.

The Beyond the Press channel raises the stakes (and steaks) against the old Red Hot Nickel Ball folks, heating up a cube of tungsten to over 3000º C (~5432º F), then uses it to quickly cook some meat and take on a shockingly resiliant watermelon.

The Slow Mo Guys went to Purdue University to see the school’s combustion tube – a device used to measure the speed of flames and explosions – obliterate an old iMac with one hell of a push. That lightning quick flame was uh, fire.

We’re at the point in life where we’d rather not have a birthday candle to represent every year we’ve been alive. But members from the Sri Chinmoy Center turned their cake into a bonfire with a whopping 72,585 candles on top. CO2 fire extinguishers let the cake remain edible.

This video comes with no explanation, but it appears that it’s a group of students in a science class passing around a flaming ball of propane. It’s also possible that it’s just the Fire Manipulation 101 class at Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters.

TheBackyardScientist shares a simple way to create a small fire tornado with no moving parts. The trick is to split the glass receptacle in half and place each half around the flame slightly off center. The wind that comes in through the gaps will create the tornado effect.

Despite their name, they guys at Danger First are creeped out by spiders. But rather than buy a can of Raid, they made a deadly hairspray-powered flamethrower, designed to enact the idiom “kill it with fire” in real life. No actual spiders were harmed in the making of the video.

While we have no idea why two of these these large wind turbines in India burst into flames, but one of them ended up producing an accidental spectacle, as its blade spun at crazy speeds and created a giant spiral of black smoke before eventually giving in.

Despite having limited reference materials to work from, Baltimore Knife and Sword’s talented swordsmiths, machinists, and armourers managed to build an impressive replica of Voltron’s iconic blade, complete with propane jets that shoot fire.

Kuma Films captured this amazing footage of a performance by a group of acrobats known as Coming True, who incorporate fiery spinny batons, a flaming jumprope, and fire breathing into their choreography.

A team of talented and thrillseeking skateboarders literally set their boards and ramps on fire, then performed a variety of cool tricks in front of the watchful lens of BeyondSlowMotion. Needless to say, don’t dare try this at home.

To show off their Giant Jenga set, Vat19 lit the wooden blocks on fire, then played a game that was only possible thanks to the fire retardant goo on their hands. And here we thought playing Jenga with construction equipment was the most dangerous way to play.
