This clip gives us a brief, but thrilling glimpse into the CG animated drift-racing world of The Driver. The television series won’t hit sets until Summer 2011, but our curiosity is certainly piqued.

Delahaye USA’s new Bugnotti Coupe is inspired by the classic 1937 Bugatti Type 57S, but updated with a modern V12 under the hood. The sporty retro-styled car will even have power windows and A/C.

Ugur Sahin Design takes cues from years of classic Aston Martins and melds them into a truly futuristic concept vehicle, tossing in bits of other cars like the Maserati GranTurismo and Alpha Romeo 8C.

Check out the aggressively designed concept Ankonian from Slavche Tanevski. He’s tweaked the design of the Reventon by giving it a slim body, classic GT silhouette, and soft/angular surfaces.

With their P800 kit, lightweight exhaust and new seats, Switzer Performance amped power up 300 hp and cut weight 200 lb on this Nissan GT-R, for a total of 800 hp and 700 pound-feet of torque.

This oddity comes to us from designer Mario Pitsch. For a future in which global warming has turned us into nomads, the egg-shaped car would extract water from air and be fueled by an algae reactor.

This ain’t no Chevy Volt: Andrei Avarvarii has designed a concept electric Lamborghini with 4 asynchronous motors. No V-12 engine in the rear means enough room for a third passenger in back.
