Ford’s compact pickup has seating for five, a standard hybrid drivetrain, and starts under $20K. It has an easy-access bed with a versatile carrying and tie-down system, storage under the back seat, and can tow up to 4,000 pounds with the upgraded EcoBoost engine. It’s built on the same platform as the Bronco Sport and Escape.

The new GR 86 has a more powerful 2.4L Subaru Boxer engine with 228hp and 186 lb-ft. of torque. The 2+2’s frame is more rigid for greater stability, while upgraded vents and aerodynamics improve handling. The cabin has a new digital display, and deep bucket seats with side bolsters and available leather and Alcantara.

Toyota is adding a new TRD Sport trim for its rugged and reliable 4Runner. The SUV gets a sport-tuned X-REAS cross-linked suspension, a TRD hood scoop, 20″ wheels, a color-matched grille, door handles front fascia, and nameplate, and black roof rails. Inside, Softex seats provide comfort and durability and are stitched with TRD logos.

The 670hp Toyota TRD Camry Next Gen is the coolest Camry ever. It has a new 18″ wheels, a new transaxle, an independent rear suspension, a sealed underbody, and upgraded cooling. Safety upgrades include new roll bars, foam nose and tail inserts, and a more centered driver’s position. Coming to the 2022 NASCAR Cup Series.

Hyundai finally makes good on its promised compact pickup truck. The 2022 Santa Cruz is based on the Tucson, but has a 4-foot bed with underbed storage. The mini truck will come with a standard 190hp 2.5L engine, with an optional 275hp turbocharged version with a dual-clutch transmission. AWD is available on all trims.

The production Grand Wagoneer is impressively close to the concept. The big 3-row SUV is the pinnacle of luxury for the Jeep brand. Powered by a 6.4L V8 making 471 hp, it features Nappa or Palermo leather seating, real wood and aluminum trim, air suspension, a 19- or 23-speaker McIntosh audio system, and tech for days.

Based on the 2022 Hyundai Kona compact crossover, the Kona N drops the hammer on performance, adding aggressive new styling, aero and airflow upgrades, performance dual exhaust, and a rumored 2.0-liter turbocharged engine that makes 275 hp. Land Rover amps up its new Defender with supercharged V8 versions of the Defender 110 and Defender 90, cranking out 518hp, with 22″ alloys and quad exhaust. Inside, you’ll find Miko Suedecloth and Robustec accents. The V8 Carpathian Edition has metallic grey paint, a black roof, hood, and tailgate, and a satin-matte protective film.

After 17 years, Nissan’s garage-sized Frontier pickup has been redesigned with a bold new look. It packs a new 310 hp 3.8L V6 and 9-speed gearbox. The interior has a clean new look, and a much-needed technology overhaul. PRO-X and PRO-4X models get upgraded Bilstein shocks, skid plates, and 17″ off-road wheels.

The redesigned F-150 Raptor is even more off-road capable. With a new five-link rear suspension, it has up to 15″ of wheel travel, next-gen active FOX shocks, a new active exhaust, and up to 37″ tires for high-speed desert travel. It has an upgraded 3.5L EcoBoost V6, a 10-speed automatic, and a 36-gal tank for 500+ miles between fill-ups.

The Hummer is back and it’s 100% electric. The Edition 1 has three motors, making 1000 hp for a 0-to-60 time of 3.0 seconds. It has 35″ tires, air suspension, underbody armor and cameras, and Super Cruise autonomous driving. Its 4-wheel “CrabWalk” mode and 6″ lift Extract mode can help it get through tricky off-road terrain.
