Elmo Orders Taco Bell
Elmo’s voice is hard to imitate, but this guy makes it look easy. It’s a shame we barely see him. Here’s a soundboard of the order, in case you want to hear Elmo say “burrito” over and over again.

We loved the trailer for this labor-of-love Half-Life fan film, and the just-released 11-minute+ short film shot by 7 friends over 2 years doesn’t disappoint. Incredible work for its $1200 budget.
(NSFW for language) This epic rap battle from nicepeter features Abe Lincoln versus Chuck Norris, each trash talking the other in an amusing (if not juvenile) contest. (Thanks Alvin!)
(NSFW: Language) The collectible orbs in Crackdown 2 are a completionist’s nightmare. Here YouTuber LtMkilla attempts to catch a flying orb. Watch the whole thing, it’ll make the ending better.
(NSFW: language) TA has much love for the legend, but Tony Yacenda’s parody of LeBron’s commercial for the Miami Heat featuring Brett Favre is cracking us up right now. (Thanks Kelley!)
Go to work, go to school, stop complaining and praise the Lord: this is only one highlight from the entertaining (albeit expired) weather report Megan McGlover of Atlanta put together. (Thanks Tim!)
The talented and beautiful Natalie Portman bagged the Best Actress for Drama at the 2011 Golden Globes for her performance in Black Swan. She also won Dorkiest Laugh in an Acceptance Speech.
Jack Vale is at it again, and this time he’s got his unwitting victims trapped. He sold some items on Craigslist, and when the buyers came for the goods, they got an earful of nonsense.
Back in 1964, the White House recorded all of its phone calls. We can’t decide if this chat between President Lyndon Johnson and the guys at Haggar to order custom pants is bizarre, hysterical or both.
Alison Parker’s clever 60 second Fight Club was created for the Virgin Radio Fake Film Festival Contest; it was shot on the Red One in several locations that resemble the original film’s scenes.
George Watsky, aka The Pale Kid Who Raps Fast, has a rather entertaining song that he performs faster than the speed of sound in this video, but clearly and with no mistakes. (Thanks Cameron!)
Game Of Thrones premieres April 17 on HBO, and we are seeing and hearing more from the vengeful characters in this reveal. Raise your hand if you love relentless medieval scheming! (Thanks Colin!)
The sublime debut, the drug-induced album, the inevitable crappy final album. Grant Snider neatly sums up the behavior of modern musical groups in his poster, Discography of Your Favorite Band.
It’s hard for us normal folks to wrap our heads around stats that are too high or too low. Take temperature for instance. -30ºC is obviously cold, but how cold exactly? Watch the video to find out.
This three-wheeler combines a 1000cc Suzuki V-Twin engine with a sit-down cockpit. While it’s reminiscent of early race cars, it’s decidedly modern in execution. 3 were produced in 2005.
This short supercut examines movie scenes where characters have something much more important to do, and need to be excused. Now if you excuse us, we have other posts to write.
This cool projection mapping artwork from Lumpens of Robot Taekwon V emerging from the Dome of Legend, aka Seoul’s National Assembly Building, jams to a entertaining soundtrack too.
Andy Samberg meets up with Pee-Wee Herman and they go out for a night on the town. When they start drinking shots, things go off the rails. This weird and wild Saturday Night Live sketch is also genuinely funny, a trait which has escaped the show in recent seasons.
“Oh, I’ll just have a salad” takes on a new meaning thanks to EpicMealTime; their superhealthy ingredients include cow lettuce, spicy pepperoni carrots, pork croutons and creamy beer dressing.
It’s the final frame of Josh Scanlon’s round at the Team USA bowling trials; he rolls 2 strikes before attempting a third, but things go slightly awry. Too bad the pins he hits don’t count. (Thanks Jon!)
Ricepirate’s hysterically funny typographical video features an epic voice actor’s performance of a game review rant by a 13 year old, committing to all its grammatical belligerence. (Thanks Jorgen!)
Fitness enthusiasts should check out the Norseman, an epic triathlon in Norway. It starts in a fjord and finishes on a mountaintop at 1,850 M above sea level; total ascent is 5,000 M. (Thanks Seth!)
This commercial for UK beverage J2O has absolutely nothing to do with fruity soft drinks, but it has everything to do with funny. If America’s Got Talent had these judges, we’d tune in every week.
