A proto-animated short film by Alexey Minchenok. Young Master 4: Stone and Iron presents the classic master-student story with clever and sparing use of drawings, music and sound effects.

A short animated film by Ting Tey puts wild animals on a single narrow bridge, with no way to cross. As it progresses, it teaches a little tale about stubbornness, pride and (eventually) compromise.

(NSFW: Lyrics) Freerunning gets as much plot as it can in this acrobatic short film. Ok, so jumping off of walls and rails isn’t really a story, but it’s still way cool – especially on fire. (Thanks, Ian!)

There’s no getting a soccer (or foot) ball past this guy. That’s because it’s Robokeeper, a goal tender with lightning-fast reflexes that never misses a ball. Guess it’s time for a Robokicker. Or Robocop.

The Dubstep sound is getting played out, but slather it on top of an ample helping of plasma weapons and VFX and we’ll crank our speakers up to 11 anyhow. Nice finishing move at the end there.

If you’ve ever thought that Tom Waits sounds a little like Cookie Monster, what with that raspy baritone growl, you’d be 100% correct. Mashups don’t get much better than this.

We’re truly grateful for the conveniences of modern urban life. But it does leave us disconnected and overwhelmed sometimes, as shown in this short film directed by Falko Tilgner.

EpicMealTime really has hit the big time. First the cameo in Gymkhana 4, now they’re promoting Gears of War 3 by making a literal meat shield. The delicious armor was tested by FPSRussia.

We can’t imagine how much time Screen Werks’ Jordan Laws put into making the rhymes in this movie line mashup sound so natural against that funky little ditty stringing them all together.

Confused? This is from the Australian show Four Weddings, where brides attend each other’s weddings and rate them for a chance at a luxury honeymoon. They edited out the riddle game.

Sure, the models are kids – okay, babies – and they’re from an Etsy shop called, uhm, “Rub a Dub Buddies”, but come on! Can you honestly say that you don’t want a towel with a shark head hood?

Seinfeld was a sitcom about nothing, but it ran for so long and had so many episodes that you can probably make up any kind of story using scenes from the series. Take this one for example.
