Awesome Marble

This extraordinary arcade machine is the brainchild of artist Harold Sangouard aka Harow. The made-to-order game system has a cabinet carved from Calacatta marble, sculpted with classical artwork inspired by video games. Expect a one-year lead time for production and a cost of $100,000+. Shipping the weighty machine can’t be cheap either.

Their spendy Car Lighter offers a nostalgic method for lighting up its vintage-style car cigarette lighter that pops up when ready. Its base is made from natural marble for a rich and impressive look.

Creative Workz takes us inside a factory where workers make beautiful chess sets by cutting, milling, and polishing marble. Each piece – from the squares on the boards to the individual game pieces – is made by hand. We’re guessing OSHA wouldn’t approve of the lack of respiratory and eye protection, though.
