Footage shot by Thomas Edison back in 1898 captures “a preadolescent boy, dressed like a street urchin” who starts out doing acrobatics but sneaks in a headspin and other classic B-Boy moves.

Kidrobot’s All City Breakers are inspired by the retro classic green army men and their solid plastic bases. Each figure is offered in four colors and is paired with a boombox to deliver the beat.
Despite the smooth moves and a tune with the words “break dance” sung numerous times, this bizarrely funny scene from an 80’s Bollywood movie contains no actual break dancing.

8 year-old Anjelo “Lil Demon” Baligad can dance. In fact, he was good enough to smoke his adult competition at this breakdancing contest. His foe is actually pretty decent, but he’ll never live it down.
