Awesome Bobsled

Subaru recently asked rally driver Mark Higgins to perform an insane stunt – driving a WRX STI down (and up) the Olympic bobsled run in St. Moritz. Along the way, the car took a few bumps and scrapes, but the driving was top-notch given the extremely tight course.

Watch these mountain bikers hit speeds up to 39mph down an abandoned bobsled track built for the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. Sure, it would be faster coated with ice, but they probably wouldn’t make it to the first bend.

We’ve never ridden on a bobsled, but it’s always looked fun to us. But this particular rider takes a trip on the La Plagne Olympic bobsled run, and experiences nothing less than sheer terror.
