We’ve already blown a good half hour at Starring the Computer, with many more to come: the website’s goal is to catalog and identify every appearance of a computer in movies.

In the Loop brings The Office’s style of comedy to international politics, specifically satirizing the Iraq war with bumbling government officials and endless one liners; it hits theaters 7/24.

The Road finally gets a trailer, and just like the book it’s a doozie: the post-apocalyptic story seems overly focused on action, but Viggo Mortensen’s performance looks like a winner.

Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus is a campy, low-budget horror flick with harbinger of hammy acting Lorenzo Lamas; we were sold the moment the shark ate the Golden Gate Bridge.

Basically a 21st century version of Running Man, Gamer is a near future film about gamers who control death row inmates in combat; cheesy or cult classic? We’ll find out 9/4.

The extended trailer for Terminator: Salvation features new dialogue, mostly between Sam Worthington and Anton Yelchin; it also includes Christian Bale’s familiar running monologue.

Just about every character Bill Murray has ever played, all on one shirt: Being Bill Murray depicts a party that is at the same time pure awesome and scary. Still, what about Bob?

This set of eight 2″ Where The Wild Things Are Kubrick figures are surprisingly good and will be out 10/09; the boy looks a bit off, but his 12″ RAH (Real Action Hero) is pretty slick.

Check your Tommy Guns, because if you liked the first Public Enemies trailer, this second trailer definitely has our hopes up for the best bank robber movie to come out in years.

Above: District 9 finally gets a teaser trailer; based on 2005 short film Alive in Joburg, it’s being produced by LOTR’s Peter Jackson and tells the story of alien refugees in South Africa.

NSFW: Eclectic Method shows off their epic remixing skills with the Tarantino Mixtape; true to his films, it’s a brilliant mix of violence, bad behavior and quirky dialogue. Thanks, Jake!

The plot for the G.I. Joe movie may yet be as silly as Serpentor, but this second trailer at least promises a whole crapload of Michael Bay-style awesomeness with action aplenty.

We never fancied Hugh the Broadway-type, but Wolverine: The Musical is pure gold, albeit way off-Broadway: “I’ll chop apart that redwood tree and slice the wings off of a bee…”

Say what you will about the plot, but nothing short of Unicron is going to stop us from watching Transformers 2 after this latest trailer; giant swirling blades of death at 2:15 FTW.
