“We’re bad guys! It’s what we do.” The latest Guardians of the Suicide Squad trailer introduces its villains, er, heroes, but the most important part is that it’s broadcasting one thing: fun. DC finally seems to be bursting through its grimdark phase.

Even Batman and Superman’s earthly alter egos dislike each other, but they will have to work together to defeat a terrifying threat. The main characters of Zack Snyder’s Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice make themselves known in this new trailer.

This slick fan-made mini-series follows Dick Grayson after he abandons Batman and Gotham, and becomes Nightwing, now living in the city of Bludhaven, and facing off with evildoers like Deathstroke. Premieres 9/29/14 on YouTube.

Whether he did it on purpose or not, YouTuber MR8866 satirizes bombastic, VFX-drenched summer blockbusters by combining just about every major franchise into one flick. Hollywood, just make this movie and get it over with.

The trailer for the upcoming TV series Gotham shows Ben McKenzie (The O.C., Southland) as a young Jim Gordon making his way through the dangerously corrupt city that gives rise to some of the greatest villains and vigilantes.

To honor the 75th anniversary of Superman, Bruce Timm and Zack Snyder made a 2-minute animated short film chronicling the evolution of The Man of Tomorrow. The short will also be included in the Man of Steel Blu-ray.

Dave Ragan and Hobart Lundt of Warner Bros. dropped by Jay Leno’s Garage to showcase one of the Batmobiles made for Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy. They even let Leno drive it. It looks way better than it sounds though.
