Awesome Concrete

These unique speakers have enclosures made from glass-fiber reinforced concrete. Each one has a titanium cone full-range speaker, and can handle 50w max. We’re not sure of the acoustic properties of concrete, but they sure look good.

Inspired by their concrete wall clock, 22 Design Studio is now producing a wristwatch with a high-density concrete face. Its dimensional, stepped face is set into a stainless steel case with a sapphire glass lens and set onto a leather strap.

Espresso Solo is a concrete-encased Lavazza espresso maker from Israeli design student Schmuel Linski. Coffee beans are poured into the top part; water is poured into the drawer in back.
