Awesome Brass

Brass Against presents another amazing rock cover track – an appropriately loud and brutish take on Beastie Boys’ 1994 classic Sabotage, led off by the vocals of Sophia Urista, and just the right amount of chaos.

This unique spin on fidget toys uses helical gears, each with a herringbone pattern than allows them to interlock. Each set comes with a pair of machined brass and aluminum gears, which not only roll against each other, but can attach and spin on their sides thanks to strong neodymium magnets.

Specode’s elegant keychain flashlight resembles a chunky dog tag, and is made from real brass. It packs a 60-lumen CREE XP-G2 LED light source, and is rechargeable via its MicroUSB port. Also available in aluminum.

Brooklyn, New York’s High & Mighty Brass Band gives Portugal. The Man’s big hit a shiny coat of paint, infusing the tune with a rich, layered, and jazzy new sound. This arrangement would work great for a football halftime show.
