Spring Design’s dual-screen Alex eReader springs a few notable surprises: it packs a 6″ E-ink display, an Android OS 3.5″ color LCD, WiFi, 3G, SD card slot, headphone jack and speaker.

Available Q1 2010 in the US, HTC’s HD2 features WinMo w/Sense UI, a 4.3″ capacitive touchscreen, 5 MP camera w/autofocus, 1 GHz CPU, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Thanks, Stef!

T-Mobile’s 4th Android phone, the Behold II packs a 3.2″ AMOLED touch screen, 5 MP camera with autofocus, video recording, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, up to 16 GB and Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

Codenamed Etna, LG’s GW620 is their first Android phone; it features a 3″ TFT touch screen, slide-out QWERTY, quad-band GSM/HSDPA, Wi-Fi, and 5 MP camera w/autofocus.

Pinch yourself, Layar is real and now available for Android (iPhone 3GS soon); it uses your phone’s camera, GPS and compass to ID surroundings as an augmented reality browser.

Their first Android cellphone, Samsung’s i7500 features a 3.2″ AMOLED touchscreen, 3G, a 5MP camera, Wi-Fi, 8GB storage and Bluetooth; it launches in June with Germany’s O2.
