SPOON! The second live-action reboot of Ben Edlund’s hilarious 1990s animated superhero show is coming to Amazon, and we’re pretty excited based on the pilot. Tune in on 8/25/17 for the first six episodes in the misadventures of our blue hero and his trusty sidekick Arthur.

They’re not the slimmest TVs and don’t support HDR, but Amazon and Element Electronics’ 4K smart TVs are still great deals, especially for Amazon Prime subscribers. They run Amazon’s Fire OS and have support for voice commands via the remote.

Prime Wardrobe is an upcoming service for Amazon Prime members that will let you try clothes and accessories for up to a week at no additional cost. Pick at least three items, then return the ones you don’t like. You get a discount if you buy at least three items.

Saturday Night Live presents a special version of Amazon’s voice-based assistant, which is designed specifically to help out older folks who are slightly less tech savvy than their typical customer.

Amazon’s latest virtual assistant has a built-in 7″ touchscreen display and a 5MP camera. The Echo Show lets you watch short videos from Amazon, YouTube etc., control and interact with smart gadgets, video call with other Echo Show users and more.

Amazon is piloting a new grocery store in Seattle with no checkouts. Items are monitored with RFID and computer vision, and added or removed from your cart when you pick them up or put them back. When you’re done, just leave the store and you’ll be charged.

Clarkson, Hammond and May are back. The first episode of The Grand Tour is now up for Amazon Prime members ($79/yr.) in US, UK, Japan and Germany, with new episodes available every Friday. The show will come to over 200 countries by 12/2016.

New variants of the increasingly useful Amazon Echo. The Tap is a portable stereo speaker that lets you use Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant on the go. The Echo Dot is a more affordable version of the Echo that needs to be connected to speakers to play music.

Jeremy Clarkson helps Amazon show off its new and improved delivery drone, which is much larger than the previously shown prototype but still takes off and lands vertically. This drone has a range of 15 miles, flies at about 60mph and carries up to 5 pound packages.

Amazon’s cutting edge warehouses are now filled with Kiva robots, which ferry shelves around the warehouse. The robots allow items to be stocked and retrieved much quicker than when human workers had to walk up and down the aisles.
