This totally bonkers motorcycle from French custom shop Lazareth puts its rider atop a monstrous Maserati 4.7-liter V8. In all, the bike packs 470 horses and 457 lb-ft. of torque, and basically looks like a car engine with wheels. We can’t imagine how hot that seat gets.

Cars, motorcycles, boats, bikes, runners. We love to watch all manner of races. But we never thought a race between a bunch of marbles could be exciting. Marble fanatic Jelle Bakker set off this surprisingly compelling race across a 750 foot-long course carved from sand.

An absolutely stunning cruiser bike made primarily from wood. Its frame, pedals, and mudguards are made from birch and oak. It’s got a Shimano 3-speed shifter, Shimano rollerbrakes, and (thankfully) a saddle made from leather, not wood. (Thanks João!)

Kuma Films captured some awesome footage of Anpei Yo, an extremely agile and well-balanced moped rider as he worked his way around the handlebars and seat of his spinning bike. We’re not sure he even needs a front wheel.

Faraday finally adopts the more user-friendly step-through frame. The Cortland has a 250W front hub motor, a 290Wh battery that lasts up to 25mi, an 8-speed Shimano Alfine hub and a Gates carbon belt drive. GPS tracking and external battery are optional.

Royal Enfield’s new motorcycle is a no-nonsense adventure bike. The Himalayan has a 411cc single cylinder engine that produces up to 25hp and 23.6 lb-ft. of torque. It has a 21″ front tire, a 17″ tire, nearly 8″ of travel in its front suspension and 7″ in its rear monoshock arm.

When you’re outdoors, you always want plenty of water. But carrying around a huge pack can be a pain. Fontus is developing water bottles that can capture condensation at a rate up to 0.8L per hour. The Airo goes anywhere, while the Ryde grabs water while you ride your bike.

French automaker Renault shows off it’s amazing Sport R.S. 01 500+hp NISMO GT-R-engined race car dressed up as a cop car, and on the job to stop a scofflaw on a superbike. The officer? Rally legend Jean Ragnotti.

The Centinel Wheel is an affordable way to add motorized pedal assistance to normal bicycles. Its waterproof spokes house a pair of 180W motors and a battery. Maker Hycore is working on a wireless throttle that will let you ride without pedaling.

BMX rider Davis Dudelis turned his bike into an impromptu unicycle, cruising 263 meters (~862 feet) balanced only on the front wheel of his two-wheeler. While it’s not been confirmed by Guinness, it’s definitely longer than the record for a rear wheelie.

Colin Furze’s latest toy is pretty standard… by his standards. The mad inventor made an awesome motorized drift trike using BMX bike and buggy parts, with a 125cc pit bike engine at its heart. Check out his build video here, and his parts list here.

Consistently awesome street trials rider Danny MacAskill takes on another epic playground for his bike – the rooftops, railings, and staircases of the colorful and picturesque setting of Gran Canaria, in the Canary Islands.

It looks like a fairly standard, but good looking off-road bike at first glance… until you check out the stock model. Australian bike shop Ellaspede made the tank, panels, shrouds, seat, pannier racks and the muffler for the exhaust pipes under the seat.

Keep cruising come winter with Budnitz’ fat but nimble bike. It has a carbon fiber fork and a titanium frame that weighs just 5lb. It also has a carbon belt drive, 14-speed transmission, hydraulic brakes, 82mm rims and 4.8″ tires.

Indian Motorcycle’s new entry level bike. It has a liquid-cooled V-twin engine that delivers up to 78hp and 65lb.ft. of torque, a five-speed transmission, and that stylish and stable Scout body. Best of all, it’s around $2,000 cheaper than its big brother.

BMW gives its cafe racer a more casual design. The R NineT Scrambler has the classic sheet steel and brown leather combo, an upright riding position and 19″/17″ wheels while still being open to customization.

Serbian company Ono wants to make a name for itself by handcrafting stylish bicycles. It’s first model, the Archont, certainly fits the bill. The low rider-inspired bike is 9ft. long and has 28″/26″ wheels. It also has an electric variant.

The Yamaha PES2 is an electric motorcycle concept that has two electric motors – one under the tank and another one inside the front wheel – for two-wheel drive. It also has a crazy augmented reality helmet that overlays data from the bike’s cameras and other sensors.
