We’ve seen all manner of Rube Goldberg machines over the years, but never one as precise as this one from Seiko, that uses some 1200 watch parts and watchmaking tools in its design. It required a little human assist along the way, but it’s still pretty awesome.

Edits were used to condense speed painter Vikpaint’s 6-minute performance down to just about a minute, but we’re still impressed with his ability to turn a slab of plaster over brick into a portrait using nothing more than his chisel and a hammer. (Thanks Alexandre!)

This feral kitten named Cassidy was born without rear paws, but thanks to the fine folks at TinyKittens, he’s doing quite well. After trying prosthetics and a wheelchair rig, Cassidy has a new conveyance that he loves best. He owes Shark Roomba Cat a debt of gratitude.

Domino’s Australia is toying with an autonomous pizza delivery robot. The company’s prototype is a self-navigating wheeled robot that has a top speed of 12mph, sensors to avoid obstacles, and compartments that are unlocked via Domino’s app.
