Remember when TLC stood for The Learning Channel? Joel Haver and his friends Mitsy Sanderson and Ben Ball poke fun at just how inane their shows have become. After countless 90-Day Fiance variants, we wouldn’t be surprised if they made Before the Wall, The Wall: Happily Ever After, and The Sidewalk spin-offs.

Musician and maker Mattias Krantz has done some pretty crazy things to pianos. This time, he teamed up with Mehdi Sadaghdar of Electroboom to create the most dangerous piano ever. Using a bunch of cheap camera capacitors, he modified his hammer-head piano to create high-voltage sparks when played.

We’ve seen some unusual form at the gym, but this guy takes his workouts to a whole different level. We watched in both shock and awe as this powerful athlete turned himself into some kind of jumping spider while doing high-energy push-ups. We want to see the rest of his routine now.

Musician and streamer Drew on the Kit likes to take viral videos and improvise drum beats to them. YouTuber I Did a Thing has made more than his share of dumb and dangerous things. For this video, he took on a couple of his viewers’ bad ideas and attempted to build them. First up is a bidet powered by a pressure washer, followed by a ceiling fan with machete blades, a jackhammer pogo stick, and solar panel sunglasses.

We don’t know much about farming watermelons, but apparently, part of the operation includes keeping them cooled off as they go from harvest to shipment. This clever farmer takes advantage of the melons’ buoyancy not only to transport their melons but to keep them from baking in the hot sun.

South African musician The Kiffness enjoys adding his own musical tracks to viral videos. In this clip, he took footage from a guy known for his beachside beverage sales technique and turned it into a smooth tropical jam. For some reason, we’re craving Coca-Cola Light now.

We already know that it’s possible to turn angle grinders into a drone. Now aviation enthusiast and maker Peter Sripol has proven it’s possible to fly an R/C airplane propelled by the fast-spinning power tool. That propeller could do some serious damage once it gets up to speed.

From the 1960s through the early 1980s, department stores played mellow instrumental music that was supposed to encourage shopping. A year before Sesame Street debuted, Jim Henson’s Muppets turned up on The Ed Sullivan Show. The fuzzy, smoke-blowing aliens repeated the phrase “Sclrap Flyapp!” while hunting an elusive snail creature whose only utterance was “Merp.” Yes, it’s as silly as it sounds.

Adam from North of the Border takes a momentary break from making things creepier to bring us a different kind of sculpture. He built his Sharknado-inspired display piece by building a metal and silicone armature, then sculpting a bunch of sharks to embed in a light-up cotton funnel cloud.

This time, he took Nintendo’s Kirby and turned the vacuum-powered pink puffball into something straight out of DOOM, bestowing the creature with a set of choppers only a dentist could love… and skin-ripping claws.

Are your fingers not long and creepy enough? Perhaps you could use some finger extensions. Maker The Q took a bunch of wooden popsicle sticks and glued them together to make a sort of plywood that he cut into claw shapes. He then cut out a cavity for his fingertips, and added a hinge mechanism to make them move.

If you’re going to build a maze for your hamster, it really should have a cute theme. Homura Ham has built lots of fun hamster environments, including this adorable and colorful scene inspired by the game level design of Super Mario Bros. We’re just glad the furry little guy didn’t get devoured by a Piranha Plant.

Goth metal band 2 Shadows have a sense of humor about their style. If you poke around their TikTok channel, you’ll find a series of “Goths in Ungothly Places” videos that show the band’s members reluctantly enjoying things like a day in the park, going to the amusement park, and working in a wood shop. During an interview with Julian Shapiro-Barnum of Recess Therapy, a seven-year-old boy named Tariq charmed the entire world with his enthusiasm for corn on the cob. Now this viral video has been transformed into a song by schmoyoho, aka The Gregory Brothers. We can’t imagine a more beautiful thing.

If there’s one thing that cats love, it’s fish. After watching her kitty staring at her fish tank, animal lover Melissa Krieger commissioned a custom aquarium with an observation viewport so her cat Jasper can enjoy the fishies up close and personal. The tank was built by Cincinnati’s Aquatics and Exotics.

Breaking Bad has been off the air since 2013, but when it comes to memes, the hits keep on coming. With the help of some clever compositing, Chiptuner placed Walter White and Jesse Pinkman in the race of their lives – along the Rainbow Road in a game of Mario Kart Wii.
