The TCL 40 XE 5G lets users access fast data speeds, watch TV/movies video in HD+ with a 90 Hz refresh rate on a 6.56” display. With a 5G connection the MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G processor makes streaming quick and easy, and Sleep Smart Charging prevents battery deterioration. 
The 13MP main camera doesn’t have all the mod cons but captures beautiful photos, and the 8MP front camera takes selfies and allows you to join video calls. Expandable 64GB of internal storage lets you keep files, save memories and movies, and download apps.
We found it to be a cinch to multitask between watching a video and answering calls, and felt secure knowing the Face Unlock and side-mounted fingerprint sensor protect personal data and files. Tip: It fits nicely in a floating phone protector like the ones by Chums, saving it from a watery death.
