Abandoned Films is back with another trippy, AI-generated movie trailer. This time, they took the 1997 sci-fi classic The Fifth Element and applied a 1950’s big-screen aesthetic to Leeloo, Corbin Dallas, Vito Cornelius, Ruby Rhod, Zorg, and their retro-futuristic world. Will our heroes find the stones and save us before the Ultimate Evil swallows the universe?

With fewer new movies being released in 2020, Screen Junkies is digging into the archives for classics that they’ve yet to skewer. Sit back and enjoy their take on Luc Besson’s cult sci-fi flick which gave us memes like “Leeloo Dallas MultiPass,” Ruby Rhod’s “Bzzzzzzzzz!,” and the greatest opera solo of all time.

On a recent episode of his series Savage Builds, Adam Savage decided to see if he could replicate the functionality of the awesome 6-in-1 weapon known as the Zorg Industries ZF-1 from The Fifth Element. Here, he shows off the finished build. You’ll need to tune in to see it in action though.

Big Bada Boom! Eclectic Method’s catchy EDM track is chopped up from sound bites from Luc Besson’s cult classic, and it actually sounds like a track which might have been played in a dance club in the world in which Korben, Leeloo, and Ruby Rhod reside in.
