Awesome Tap Dancing

Sole Crushing is a kinetic art exhibit that envelops visitors in the sound of tap dancing. But instead of humans, the tapping is performed by 200 mechanical “feet” wearing flip-flops. Created by artist Meriem Bennani in collaboration with musician Cheb Runner, the installation is on display at the Fondation Galeries Lafayette in Paris, France through 2.8.2026.

Robyn Adele Anderson and her bandmates knocked it out of the park with this vintage Broadway-style performance of the My Chemical Romance hit Welcome to the Black Parade. That’s Demi Remick clacking her feet and proving what pop-punk always needed was more tap dancing.
