(PG-13: Language) Steve Carell and the creators of The Office present a comedy about a new branch of the U.S. military called “Space Force” – oh wait, that’s an actual thing. The satire follows a four-star general who expects to run the Air Force, when he’s handed Space Force instead of his dream job. Hits Netflix 5.29.20.
Awesome Steve Carell
Fans of The Office will be familiar with Michael Scott’s Magnum Opus, Threat Level: Midnight. As a tribute to the cheesy, low-budget film within a show, Rajveer Dhanak managed to cut together a trailer for a much slicker version, inspired by the Mission Impossible movies.
Steve Carell stars as man who came up with a fantastic coping mechanism. Mark Hogancamp was beaten into a coma and lost many of his memories when he woke up. He carried on by building an amazing doll city. Directed by Robert Zemeckis (Cast Away, Forrest Gump)
From director Richard Linklater comes a comedy-drama about war veterans. Steve Carell plays an ex-Navy corps medic who asks two former Marines (Bryan Cranston and Laurence Fishburne) to go with him to his son’s funeral. At least that was the plan. Premieres 11/1/17.
