Can’t tell if this is true or dream… Bill McClintock’s latest musical mashup imagines what might have happened if Metallica and Men at Work were the same band and created this oddly pleasing combination of Down Under and One. Does anyone else have a taste for a Vegemite sandwich?

Searching for Bigfoot? Perhaps he’s moved to Australia. At least that’s what we gleaned from this cover version of Men at Work’s 1981 unofficial national anthem Down Under, performed by Saxsquatch. The video also made us wonder if Bigfoots like Vegemite sandwiches, or if they can even fit in a fried-out Kombi.

Men at Work’s Australian anthem Down Under is one of the most jangly and upbeat pop songs of all time. But in the interest of leaving no musical stone unturned, resident metalhead Leo Moracchioli still managed to turn it into an angry hard rock track.

You better run, you better take cover. Punk Rock Factory presents a fun and energetic pop-punk cover of Men at Work’s 1980 Aussie anthem Down Under. While we miss Greg Ham’s flute solos, we were too busy banging our heads to care.
