Awesome Beetlejuice

The scene in Beetlejuice where the Maitland’s possess the dinner party and make their unwanted houseguests sing “Day-O” is a classic. Now imagine if the same thing happened to a school of Big Mouth Billy Basses, and you’d have this video. You’re welcome.

Enter the weird world of Tim Burton as the Maitlands try to scare off their home’s new owners. This special edition of the classic property trading game has spaces based on characters and locations from the classic dark comedy, along with tokens inspired by things like Lydia’s camera and the Handbook for the Recently Deceased.

The talented Mariachi Entertainment System is here once again to fill our ears with wonderful music, this time bringing their South of the border sounds to Danny Elfman’s theme music from Beetlejuice. Best served with a shot of tequila.

Two of the cooler bobbleheads we’ve come across are these Foco 8″ figures based on the ridiculous faces that Adam and Barbara Maitland put on to scare off the new residents of their home after they realize that they are no longer among the living in Tim Burton’s 1988 classic Beetlejuice.
