Netflix teamed up with the guys at Bad Lip Reading to kick off the third season of their drama Narcos, as the DEA cooks up a scheme to replace Pablo Escobar with his slightly less intimidating doppelganger. Basically, it’s the piss boy bit from History of the World Pt. 1.
