How Mirror Balls Are Made

Nissho Co., Ltd. makes shiny spheres by bending sheet metal into domes, screwing them together, hand-cutting and gluing hundred of round mirror tiles then filling the gaps with grout. Note that the tiles are different sizes depending on their placement.
