Making a Chocolate Motorcycle

Expert pastry chef Amaury Guichon shows off the creation of an absolutely amazing work of candy art. We watched in awe as he sculpted and airbrushed chocolate to build his edible motorcycle sculpture, complete with a detailed engine, a curly coil spring, intricate wheel spokes, and an amazing sugar glass headlight.
