South Korea is developing a weapon-defense system that can protect against long-range missiles. The “kill vehicle” can rapidly adjust its position using thrusters on its sides, making it difficult to avoid. See it in action at the 26-second mark in the video, right after Korea shows off their own long-range surface-to-air missiles.

If you spent any time using computers back in the 1990s, you might remember the electric blue Hot Wheels PC with the flame job. Shank Mods took one of these colorful computing relics and rebuilt it with the latest high-performance PC hardware, then set up a bank of three of the matching CRT monitors for widescreen gaming.

Elliot Made created this unique and fascinating display using a grid of LEDs mounted a short distance away, then channels light to each dot using fiber optics. The machine rides on rails and then moves along the wall like a gigantic inkjet printer, outputting large-scale, full-color images. Longer tracks = wider images.
