Awesome Yoda

After making a BB-8/Hulkbuster mashup, Adam of North of the Border imagines what it might be like if two of our favorite green characters combined forces. The figure features the muscular body of the Hulk with Yoda’s head, hands, and feet. Smash or do not smash. There is no try.

Kotobukiya teamed up with Lucasfilm Ltd. to create a collectible based on the iconic Yoda fountain located in the courtyard at the company’s Letterman Digital Arts Center. The 8.6″ tall cold-cast statue will be made in a limited run of just 1138 pieces, a nod to George Lucas’ first feature film THX-1138. Drops July 2022.

Star Wars fans know that Yoda has a particular way of speaking English – puts verbs at the end of sentences he does. Chewie’s Meme Town wondered what it might be like if Yoda spoke like the rest of us, and the resulting dialogue does not compute in our brains.

Professional makeup artist Nura Adraos has filled her TikTok channel with amazing recreations of characters using her own face as her canvas. One of the most impressive shows up in this clip, in which she turns herself into Yoda. It’s awesome, but we’re not sure we’ll ever get used to Yoda’s Spanish dubbed voice.

Currently on exhibit at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in NYC, IKON is a collection of exploded anatomical diagrams of famous celebrities, characters and landmarks by street artist and painter Nychos. It’s on display until 7/23/16.

We’re not sure exactly what this interactive toy for Star Wars buffs will actually be able to do, but if this video teaser from Spin Master is any indication, take our money and shut up, you will.
