Remix artist William Maranci created this musical mashup which uses the catchy music from The Home Depot commercials as its hook. (PG-13: Language) After reworking the music of Eminem, remix artist William Maranci is back with another wild mashup. This time, he replaced the instrumental parts of Kanye West’s track Power with music from dozens of different artists, from Linkin Park to Radiohead to Tame Impala.

(PG-13: Language) Remixer William Maranci has a new trick up his sleeve – taking existing songs and swapping out the instrumentals over and over again. Here, he takes Eminem’s Rap God and backs it with 55 different tracks, from Nirvana’s In Bloom to They Might Me Giants’ Ana Ng to the theme from Curb Your Enthusiasm.

“I want a girl with shoes… and eyes that burn like a diamond.” The object of the narrator’s affection in Cake’s 2001 track Short Skirt/Long Jacket sounds like a pretty amazing woman. But in this version edited by William Maranci, she sounds a bit less desirable. Though she is into Minecraft.

Who ya gonna call? The Beastie Boys, that’s who! For his Halloween 2020 mashup, remixer William Maranci managed to combine Ray Parker, Jr.’s Ghostbusters theme with Mike D, MCA, and Ad-Rock’s hit Intergalactic. We can totally see them wearing proton packs with their white and yellow uniforms.

Music remixer William Maranci combined Soulja Boy’s 2007 hit Crank That with Laurie Anderson’s enigmatic 1982 track O Superman for a double dose of The Man of Steel. If we’ve got to have that endless honking stuck in our heads, so do you.

Remix artist William Maranci did a great job combining the warm and inviting sounds of Wintergatan’s musical marble machine with Gorillaz’ track Feel Good Inc. As its musician and inventor cranks it up, Maranci has to fool with the BPM a bit, but that’s part of the fun.
