Destin Sandlin of Smarter Every Day teamed up with the folks at Soteria Suppressors to create special gun silencers wrapped in transparent cast acrylic, then captured amazing slow-mo footage of them in action using a high-speed camera at a whopping 110,000 fps.

“I am the storm, brother.” Euron Greyjoy’s axe in Game of Thrones appeared only briefly and in a dimly lit scene. But Man at Arms: Reforged and its fans were so taken by its badass design that they went ahead and replicated it anyway.

Blackfish shows us how to create a really cool toy weapon which fires rolled up paper projectiles. Its rubber band powered revolver mechanism lets it fire up to eight darts without reloading. We assume you could expand on the idea and make one that fires more ammo.

In the upcoming Thor: Ragnarok, the villain Hela destroys the god of thunder’s hammer, Mjölnir. Good thing Thor gets his hands on a pair of these thick alien swords. Man at Arms: Reforged replicated the blades via a CNC machine and good old forging.

Man at Arms: Reforged made a life-size replica of the 3D Maneuver Gear Sword from Attack on Titan. They didn’t make the vertical maneuvering equipment, but the sword’s box cutter-like blades can be replaced, just like in the series.

Oh goodie. Man at Arms: Reforged makes another weapon from Blizzard’s hit FPS Overwatch. Their replica of Roadhog’s signature weapon may be relatively simple, but they still painstakingly forged, shaped and sanded the hook instead of fabricating most of it.

This 5″ long stainless steel weapon can fire skinny projectiles like toothpicks, matches, and Q-tips. Its firing range is 15 to 30 feet, and it’s perfect for taking down zombie action figures. Available in silver, gold, or black finishes.

Builder and destroyer of things Giaco Whatever shows off his custom-made Airsoft weapon, which is designed to launch ammo at a ridiculous rate of fire. Here, he amps up the pressure, and launches a barrage of metal BBs at various objects, pretty much vaporizing them.
