We’ve seen a deadly replica of Cloud’s weapon of choice. Here’s a life-size replica that’s less threatening but still backbreaking. ZaziNombies used about 2,000 LEGO pieces to make this 6ft, 8lb replica. Someone teach him how to hold it.

In one of Man at Arms: Reforged‘s coolest episodes yet, they made three vastly different cutlasses, each made by a different craftsman. Matt’s blade looks lovely as expected, but John and Bill’s hilts are as flashy as they come.

(PG-13: Language) Ever wonder what the weensy shotgun from Killing Them Softly would do in real life? Kjaskaar created a ridiculously short-barreled shotgun to see exactly what damage it would do. Even if it is deadly, it’s not a particularly practical weapon.

In A Song of Ice and Fire and Game of Thrones, weapons made from an ancient and magical metal known as Valyrian steel can destroy the undead. Alt Shift X lists some of these precious weapons as well as their current owners. Now we wish we had something worth naming.

Backyard engineer Peter Sripol turned a NERF rifle into a souped-up airsoft gun with a fairly large barrel. Then he loaded the gun with all sorts of improvised projectiles, such as AA batteries, 6″ nails, and fireworks. This guy’s going to be just fine in the apocalypse.

Man at Arms: Reforged finally got around to making a replica of one of their favorite swords – Ned Stark’s Valyrian steel executioner’s sword, Ice. Like its last owner, the sword is straightforward but more than enough to get the job done.

Carbide3D shows us how to use one of their cool desktop CNC machines to carve upgraded wood and metal parts for a cheap Milwaukee Fastback knife. It’s a great demonstration of how desktop fabrication tools can make quick work of otherwise difficult tasks.

Ahoy’s ongoing series about real life weapons and their roles in video games takes on the big daddy we all immediately run for in FPSes – the deadly rocket launcher. While it’s not exactly surgical in its approach, there’s no denying the effectiveness of this ranged explosive device.

Sit back and enjoy as Jimmy Diresta uses a slab of damascus steel and sticks of walnut wood to craft a cool cane with a rippled sword blade concealed in its handle. We love the locking mechanism he built, and watching it go from square to round is tremendously satisfying.

Even though it sounds like a sci-fi weapon, vacuum cannons are actually easy to build. The only “hard” part is sucking the air out of them to reduce the air pressure. NightHawkInLight made one using a 4″ diameter PVC pipe and a 3″ diameter end cap as its projectile.

Man at Arms: Reforged made a replica of Kratos’ axe from the upcoming God of War game. As is often the case, the seemingly simple weapon turned out to be a complicated build. They actually had a setback at the beginning, but they improvised and got it done.

Sure, you can buy a NERF blaster for less than $10, but there’s something rewarding about making your own stuff. Here, Astonishing Studios shows us how to make a working NERF gun using popsicle sticks, straws, a syringe, and an ample dose of hot glue.

After making a nodachi, Man at Arms: Reforged continues its For Honor theme by creating a real-life version of the impractical but imposing two-handed axe wielded by the game’s Raider class. It’s more likely to crush than cut.

Michael Cthulhu’s build videos are far more exhaustive than other weapon making videos, but we enjoyed being a fly on the wall in his metal shop, and hearing his him explain his thought process as he created a weighty replica of the Sun Keeper mace from Diablo III.

Forgotten Weapons examines a very special weapon. This ornate double-barrel handgun is not only covered with intricate gold inlay and engraving, it has 20 bullet chambers, and a really interesting firing mechanism. It ended up selling for $34,500 at auction.
