Awesome Warped Perception

Warped Perception got his hands on a Fiido Beast Electric Scooter to see if he could make it go even faster. So he modded it with a bracket that holds a jet engine along with a digital controller. The scooter hit speeds over 63 mph while tooling around the suburbs – more than double its factory-rated top speed.

Warped Perception has made several project vehicles that incorporate small turbojet engines. For this video, he built a custom transparent housing for one of the jets so we can see exactly how it works to create thrust. Along the way, he offers a great layperson’s explanation of jet propulsion systems.
