Vael Project’s Fall 2009 line harkens back to old-school shoes with hand-sewn, welted and oiled full-grain leather, albeit with modern silhouettes, EVA sockliners and American-Hide laces.

Part of Vael Project’s travel-oriented Fall 2009 line, the Envelope is a gadget goodie bag for show offs: it sports a tough, see-through monofilament mesh and veg-tanned leather shell.

Coming in Fall 2009, Vael’s Borg Mids keep things simple with three solid colorways, textured leather uppers, clear lace loops, light-colored midsoles and the barest of gold contrast stitching.

Vael Projects’ quirky styling and quality materials are evident in these Terminatrix His, which despite their intense name are fairly sleek and simple with a removable convertible zipper.

Not just Vincent but “The” Vincent, Vael is due to release this premium 8″ boot in Fall 2009; it’s made with pebbled leather, Vibram soles and leather laces and will come in three colorways.

A throwback to the lace-to-toe hikers popular in the 90s, VAEL’s Apres Boot is due out Fall 2009 and will feature a high-cut leather upper and an EVA sole that eliminates break-in time.

VAEL’s Rucksack combines a distinctive cylindrical silhouette with premium materials for some serious hauling capacity; it sports a tweed style body with padded straps and copper hardware.
